REFUND POLICY


Refunds / Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving your order at likka.mx@likkamx.com. Once the item is received, we will send a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

LIKKA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered when placing the order. Upon receiving an inquiry, LIKKA will confirm delivery to the provided address, the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we understand that situations may arise. If you need to exchange an item, please write to us at likka.mx@likkamx.com so we can assist you.


Shipping

To return your product, please contact likka.mx@likkamx.com to receive details about the process.
Please note: customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.

NOTICE: Due to global interruptions, some of our shipping partners have been overloaded in recent months. As a result, some orders are taking up to 30 days to arrive. If your order has been affected, please write to us.
